Mt. Rainier is not on the Olympic Peninsula. Instead it is further inland in the North Cascades. That does not look like Mt. Rainier anyway, but more like Mt. Baker. Photo possibly taken from Baker Lake. Mt. Baker is another volcano in the North Cascades of Washington State but it is about 100 miles north of Mt. Rainier.
